The most important thing, I believe, when attending therapy is for you to feel comfortable and confident in your experience. It is hard to express feelings and vulnerability. My goal is to create a safe environment where we can work together to identify your goals and work within your current situation to accomplish those.
I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and adults. We experience a lot of transitions in our lives that can be hard to navigate. We also experience difficult thoughts and emotions that can be confusing. I want to help you work through these experiences by providing tools that can be utilized in your daily life. I have experience working through social challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma (emotional, physical, financial, sexual, religious), and relationship issues. Creating a comfortable, safe, and non-judgmental space for my clients is my top priority.
Finding a therapist you trust can be daunting. We share our fears, insecurities, and so much more with this person, so it is important that you feel comfortable. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to become the best version of themselves. I am dedicated to creating a safe and caring environment where we can focus on addressing your therapeutic needs, whatever they may be.

Kenya Kemp’s Mission Statement: Beginning therapy is a new and often challenging journey for everyone. My goal is to help you find the strength to work through these challenges to make meaningful steps towards who you want to become. I work with adolescents, individuals, and couples to begin this journey of self-compassion. I am there as a team player with you to cheer you on as you make positive changes in your life.
